What storage unit sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of climate-controlled unit sizes, from small 5' x 5' units to much larger 10' x 30' units. We also offer vehicle storage. Please contact your local storage unit facility for details.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?

Are climate-controlled storage units available?
Yes, our locations offer climate-controlled units designed to maintain stable temperature and humidity levels. These units help protect belongings such as furniture, electronics, documents, and photos from Florida’s heat and humidity.
Do you offer a mover?
Although we don't offer a mover, we do offer FREE use of our moving truck at move-in. Please contact a facility near you for full details. We would also be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover.
When can I access my belongings?
We offer 24 Hour Access, 365 days per year. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m.- 5:30p.m., Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Saturdays. Our office is Closed on Sundays.
What security features do the facilities have?
Our facilities are safe and well-lit with 24/7 security video monitoring. Each of our storage units requires a security code for entry.
Do you sell locks and supplies?
Yes, we have high-quality locks with a lifetime warranty at a discounted price. We also offer boxes and moving supplies. On the day of lease signing, you will receive a 20% discount on moving boxes and supplies.
Do you offer outdoor storage for boats, RVs, and other vehicles?
Yes. We have space for Boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, semi-trailers, trucks, and cars at some of our locations. Please contact the storage unit facility near you for full details..
Do you provide pest control?
Yes. Our facilities undergo routine professional pest control treatments to help ensure a clean and safe storage environment for your belongings.
Are there any items that I am not allowed to store?
For safety reasons, you cannot store hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, propane tanks, illegal items, live animals, or anything that might attract pests. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, our team is happy to confirm.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our website. You may also arrange to have payment automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature. All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box; however, we do not recommend this for cash payments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Every store location accepts all major credit cards.Cash acceptance varies by location, so please reach out to each store manager directly to inquire further.
Are there any other additional charges I should be prepared for?
All new customer leases create a one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee in the amount of $35.
Do I have to sign up for a specific amount of time?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, your unit may become overlocked, and access may be temporarily restricted. Late fees may apply based on state guidelines. After repeated missed payments, units may be subject to auction per Florida lien laws. We send multiple reminders before this occurs.
How much notice must be given prior to vacating?
We require a seven-day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
