Liberty Investment Properties, Inc. was founded with a focus on long-term relationships and challenging the status quo. The Liberty Family built their first Self-Storage facility in 1988 in Orlando, FL. The team was strategically built focusing on the ability to perform, overcoming market obstacles, and finding creative ways to achieve successful results. As a result of the consistent application of their philosophy and principals, Liberty has since developed and operated over 50 self-storage properties. Today, the My Neighborhood Storage Center brand is leading the way in performance and innovation and is the primary operating storage brand for Liberty Investment Properties.
